This is the complete inventory — cookies and browser storage both, because the storage does most of the work here. Nothing on this list profiles you, follows you to other sites, or is readable by anyone but this site in your browser.
1. The single real cookie

2. Browser storage that keeps the site working
These live in localStorage and sessionStorage — your browser's own filing cabinet, never sent over the network:

3. The one optional extra
If — and only if — you choose “Fine by me” on the notice, a first-party counter tallies page visits so we know which parts of the site earn their keep. It counts pages, not people. Decline and the site behaves identically.
4. What does not exist here
- No third-party analytics, advertising or social-media scripts.
- No tracking pixels, fingerprinting or cross-site identifiers.
- No cookies set by anyone other than halcyvar.com.
5. Changing your answer
Clear the hcy_consent cookie (or all site data) in your browser and the notice returns on the next page. Clearing all storage also removes your local account record — including your purse — so think twice before sweeping it all.
6. Managing storage in your browser
Every modern browser lets you view and delete a single site's cookies and storage from its settings; look for “site data” under privacy. Blocking storage for halcyvar.com entirely leaves the pages readable but stops accounts and play from persisting.
